Terms & Conditions
1. Service Agreement
By engaging Cyberedge for auto service, you agree to these terms. We provide diagnostic and repair services in accordance with industry standards and Malaysian automotive regulations.
2. Service Liability
Cyberedge is not liable for:
- Damage from pre-existing vehicle conditions
- Loss of data or personal items left in vehicles
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to the service cost paid.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon service completion. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. Late payment may incur interest charges as per agreement.
4. Warranty
Services carry a 30-day warranty on parts and labor. Warranty excludes wear-and-tear items and non-Cyberedge parts.
5. Customer Data Protection
We collect personal data (name, contact, vehicle info) for service delivery only. Data is processed in compliance with GDPR principles and Malaysian data protection laws. We do not share data with third parties without consent.
6. Cancellation
Services may be cancelled up to 48 hours before appointment with full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit 50% of estimated cost.
7. Changes to Terms
Cyberedge reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes are effective upon posting.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Malaysian law.
